We're currently seeking a new Office Management & Employer Branding Intern to join our HR & Recruiting team.
At ZenZorrito, you will receive training and ownership of both Office Management and Employer Branding projects within an international environment that will allow you to gain valuable tech-startup experience.
**What to expect**:
- Managing daily office tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Ordering and maintaining office supplies, coordinating with providers, such as the cleaning company, and property managers
- Support the planning and organization of company trips and team events, including travel bookings and accommodation
- Help improve internal communication by writing the monthly newsletter and designing flyers, posters, and other illustrations.
- Help support the HR & Recruiting team in Employer Branding events and initiatives, from social media content to organizing company events, work anniversary lunches, etc.
**What we're looking for**:
- An intern available to start in September and with a minimum commitment of 6 months
- Part-time: 20 hours a week
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency in Spanish is a plus)
- Previous experience in HR, Employer Branding, or project management is good to have [not required]
- A people person who truly enjoys helping others
- Someone who enjoys teamwork as well as working autonomously
- Someone who identifies with our values and company culture
