The mission of this team is to prove that IT can deliver tangible benefits to Version 1’s business. This will be achieved through excellence in information technology solutions and services that support, enable, and protect all business systems. As an internally facing department tasked with the support of more than 3000 people there is plenty of room for the right individual to learn, develop and lead others. Work here is varied and exciting. **Qualifications**: **Experience**: - Have excellent _troubleshooting _skills coupled with excellent _customer service_ skills - Have strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills - Have experience in writing technical processes and procedures - Familiarity with _Windows and Mac OS_ desktop support tasks and deployment methods - Managing the workstation lifecycle, from sourcing to deployment, ongoing maintenance as well as retirement & disposal **Requirements**: - A minimum of _6 years experience in systems administration_ - Strong knowledge of Windows OS - Experience administering tools like SCCM or Inture for Windows Endpoint Management OR Jamf for Apple-based Endpoint Management - Experience in designing & developing scripts using languages like but not limited to _bash, Python, or PowerShell_ - Experience with _ticketing tools_ like ServiceNow - Knowledge and understanding of ITIL Framework - Certifications such as Jamf Pro 200 are desirable but not mandatory Desirable Skills: - Previous experience with macOS OR Windows - _ Beyond Trust, (Formerly Avecto) Privilege Guard expertise is highly desirable._ - Strong process-oriented experience in terms of implementation and completion - Previous experience aligning configurations with security frameworks - Strong ability to collaborate with the Information Security Team - Experience in ITIL oriented environment - Ability to work well in a cross-team environment Additional Information Before you apply, here are some of our benefits.
