The Mng. Senior Public Sector Sales will be responsible for managing an overlay Team of 6+ Business Development specialists across Public Sector and Health segments. The role will be responsible for ensuring there is alignment with the Group sales & GTM teams to drive overall VBG Strategy across Public Sector Markets, whilst ensuring the Local Public Sector Market perspectives are also built into global product strategies.

The key responsabilities of the **Mng. Senior Public Sales** are:

- Delivers Revenue expectations
- Ensure that product portfolio, sales promotions and sales communications are relevant for team
- Personal involvement to win new business and retain existing customer business and relationships
- Driving Strategic sales program to structure growth in Public Sector markets
- Drive local VBU agreement and commitment to key global product planning decisions to ensure alignment between global roadmaps and Market priorities, including local prioritisation and resource allocation as needed.
- Monitor and manage performance in key VBG KPIs for Group Products and Solutions across Local Markets through participation in Local Market governance forums (e.g. ICRs) and drive interlock between local Market operations and global priorities
