We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic frontend software architect with leadership responsibilities, who will be part of our architecture guild. With the guidance of the infrastructure team, you will ensure that our services and products are maintainable, scalable, and feasible, with quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**

The primary responsibilities will include:

- Know, improve, and document our product’s architecture
- Ensure that our products could lean on our architecture to evolve
- Be on charge of SW needs, foresee any needed updates or migrations
- Helping all the teams to create a common quality framework.
- Develop some critical, complex, or strategic parts of our code. Probes of concept, new technologies, etc.
- Leading a team of 4 Software Developers: coaching, feedback, performance and development

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in Frontend Developments
- Good communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Forward planning and strategic thinking
- Excellent mastery of the English language, in writing and verbally
- Experience with any of the following technologies and methodologies: Javascript, Typescript, Angular, RXJs, Redux, Jasmine-Karma, Node Js

**Nice to have**
- Experience with any of the following technologies and methodologies: Cypress, WebRTC, CI/CD, SDKs
- Knowledge of native technologies
- Experience leading a Software development team

**What we expect**

After a few months we expect that you:

- Ensure good practices and code quality. You will need to homogenize decisions with the rest of the teams and architects.
- Mastery of the technical domain of more than one product
- You will take care of aligning the different products and services of the company, and you will have a global vision and you will take care of providing cross-cutting solutions to problems shared between squads
- Training: you will be responsible of sharing know-how with less experienced employees. We expect you to commit to the execution of at least two technical trainings/workshops per year
- Consider business vision and costs when providing solutions for new products or solutions to technical debt problems
- You will be able to correctly predict how long it takes to develop and release new software
- You will be a mentor to your peers
- Participate diligently in selection processes for new engineers
