Salesforce Technical Lead

We are looking for Salesforce Technical Leaders to expand our Competency Centers.
MAIN TASKS:
- Leadership of CRM project management based on SFDC technology, assuming the functions of taking and understanding the business requirements expressed by the client, and defining the functional and technical aspects that will make up the Salesforce-based solution.
- Leading the management of assigned technical teams.
- Supporting the company's business development and pre-sales, assuming the functions of preparation and design of demos, pilots and service offerings.
- Follow-up and quality control of deliverables in the projects he leads.
- Support tasks to customers with active Salesforce projects, evolution and maintenance of CRM projects for different customers.
- Troubleshoot, document, update and develop maintenance procedures, code review for potential performance issues, reusability and/or anomalies.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years of experience.
- Experience in the different modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud,
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Intermediate to high level in English.
