Quadpack is a global manufacturer and provider of packaging solutions for beauty brand owners. With offices in Europe, Asia, USA and Australia and a strategic network of manufacturing partners and a culture integrated with more than 25 different nationalities. We develop and manufacture personalised standard packaging as well as customised/bespoke packs, for prestige, masstige, and mass-market customers, with specialist divisions dedicated to skincare, make-up and fragrance sectors.

**The mission of this role**
As a global Lead of the Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies that support business growth and generate operational efficiencies. In charge of a team of Data Analysts, you will manage and define the roadmap for Quadpack’s analytical environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the global data steward governing the data definition, capture, treatment, security, and best practices of data across Quadpack organization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities and develop solutions that drive value for the organization.
- Define and implement data governance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
- Assess the business stakeholders in the different departments in defining the KPIs, reports and dashboard required to track business performance and keep the consistency across the entire organization.
- Lead projects involving data analytics, from planning to implementation and monitoring.
- Manage data analytics Quadpack Analytics platforms including SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, as well as other relevant technologies.
- Lead and manage the Data Analytics team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in the Analytics sector, 3 of which in a leading role.
- Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Data Warehouse Cloud, and background with SAP HANA environments.
- Functional background in Finance, Controlling and Business planning.
- Experience in Consulting developing projects in the industrial sector is a plus.
- Languages: Spanish and English (German is a plus)
