We are recruiting a **Civil Engineer **to be located at our headquarters in Santiago de Compostela. The person who joins must work with a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach in the development of the technical facilities necessary for the execution of the projects that enable the growth of Stolt Sea Farm to be carried out.

Among the goals of this position are the following:

- Design of civil work (earthworks, foundations, concrete, metallic and plastic structures ) complying with the goals (Schedule, Cost, Scope, and Quality) and specifications defined for each project.
- Sourcing and negotiation with external suppliers, selection, and purchase of equipment, with administrative support from other members of the team.
- Identify needs for improvement and propose innovative ways to resolve it.
- Coordinate the monitoring on site for all the tests or trials related to installations.
- Coordinate follow-up and conclusion reports for the trials and tests.

In order to carry out these tasks, we need this person to have three to five years of experience in civil design, with a strong calculation and design component. In addition, he or she must have experience in the management of projects and in-field experience.

The person must have a University degree in Civil works, Engineering building or Industrial engineering, specializing in mechanics, although other specialties will be valued. He or she must have between 3 to 5 years of experience in civil design, 1 to 2 years in project management and at least 2 years in in-field experience.

Regarding the specified skills and abilities, we value:

- Advanced level of English (C1 or more)
- AutoCAD proficient user
- Presto proficient user
- User of design tools with BIM MEP methodology (Autodesk Revit MEP, CypeCAD MEP)
- Excel proficient expert user

Apart from this technical aspect, the person joining the team must have experience working in multidisciplinary teams and have an analytical and critical mindset.

This position requires around 15-30% of the time travelling to other facilities in Stolt Sea Farm group outside the central offices of Santiago de Compostela, and also to have meetings with partners and suppliers.

Estamos seleccionando un **Ingeniero Civil **para nuestra sede en Santiago de Compostela. La persona que se incorpore deberá trabajar con un enfoque integral y multidisciplinario en el desarrollo de las instalaciones técnicas necesarias para la ejecución de los proyectos que permitan llevar a cabo el crecimiento de Stolt Sea Farm.

Entre los objetivos de este cargo se encuentran los siguientes:
1. Diseño de obra civil (movimiento de tierras, cimentaciones, estructuras de hormigón, metálicas y plásticas ) cumpliendo con los objetivos (Cronograma, Costo, Alcance y Calidad) y especificaciones definidas para cada proyecto.

2. Abastecimiento y negociación con proveedores externos, selección y compra de equipos, con apoyo administrativo de otros miembros del equipo.

3. Identificar necesidades de mejora y proponer vías innovadoras para resolverlas.

4. Coordinar el seguimiento en obra de todas las pruebas o ensayos relacionados con las instalaciones.

5. Coordinar los informes de seguimiento y conclusión de los ensayos y pruebas.

Para llevar a cabo estas tareas, necesitamos que esta persona tenga de tres a cinco años de experiência en diseño civil, con un fuerte componente de cálculo y diseño. Además, debe tener experiência en la gestión de proyectos y experiência en campo.

Deberán ser titulados universitarios en Obras Civiles, Ingeniería de la Edificación o Ingenieros Industriales, en la especialidad de Mecánica, aunque se valorarán otras especialidades. Debe tener entre 3 a 5 años de experiência en diseño civil, 1 a 2 años en gestión de proyectos y al menos 2 años de experiência en labores de campo.
