**Job Summary**
We are looking for a sales support assistant to join the Business Development/Sales Support group in our office located in Coslada (Madrid).
**Responsibilities**
- Contract and after-sales offers for the Direct Channel. Customer support.
- Preparation of implementation drawings, 2D and 3D design of compressor rooms of our equipment.
- Participation in Improvement Daily Management processes, internal communication and Marketing actions.
- Search for process improvements along with new business opportunities to increase the efficiency of the department.
**Basic Qualifications**
- English B1 required
- Minimum training FP higher degree and desirable degree in Engineering/Master's degree.
- Experience in commercial support in the industrial sector.
- Experience with industrial compressors is a plus
**Key Competencies**
- Fluent communication skills
- Dynamism, resolution capacity.
- Detail oriented.
- Customer support
- Organization and planning
**What we Offer**
Permanent contract
Full time: Monday to Friday: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 17:00 (flexible start/finish time) and Fridays from 8:00 to 14:30. Reduced working hours also in summer according to calendar.
