**ROLE SUMMARY**

**What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?**

Provide full support to deliver area category key targets (market share, NTO, GM, etc.) for Iberia & GMCI markets, maximizing value in a sustainable long-term way.

Contribute to deploy brand strategy across markets to achieve corporate objectives including brand vision, positioning, target audience and an innovation pipeline to maximise long-term potential.

Contribute to build category strategy plans (1-5y horizon) to identify business opportunities, have a deeper consumer understanding and reinforce our portfolio while delivering value growth.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Contribute and give full support to strategy BM & SBM to ensure deliver key category performance & value targets.
- Ensure deep business understanding (market, new trends, key competitors, consumer profile & behaviour, etc.) to identify and address emerging opportunities.
- P&L understanding to ensure all initiatives are aligned with value maximization objective.
- Contribute & support on developing Category Strategy Plans by driving a deep analysis per market and brands to propose 1-5y plan ensuring value growth in a long-term way.
- Proactive communication with Delivery teams to ensure all projects are delivered OTIF (on-time in full).
- Provide Delivery teams with required inputs to appropriately drive projects as per planned.
- New launches performance tracking (post 1 month in the market) to ensure deliveries are aligned with targets and develop correction plans if required.
- Drive engagement with creative agency to develop & adapt communication campaigns to be deployed across markets, always aligned with Global brand manifestos and brand standards.
- Deliver area communication & packaging toolkits to EM teams to be locally deployed. Ensure brand’s standards are fulfilled.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**Experience Required**

The job holder will be a marketing professional with experience in marketing and with strong analytical skills. Should be an objective-driven individual and team worker.

Essential background will include:

- Minimum of 2 years' brand marketing experience in a FMCG company
- Trade Marketing & Distribution experience appreciated
