About the Role
You love talking to people Demonstrating JAG's core values in your day-to-day work - you're considerate, passionate, courageous, and want to make a difference

What will your day look like?
Interacting with internal stakeholders regarding accounts and account queries from our customers.
Sharing what's going on at the childcare services, from an internal JAG perspective, and from our customer's perspective.
Understanding of the Australian Child Care Subsidy, and how this affects our customers (this is covered in your learning adventure).
Giving pats to our four-legged friends in the Team

Important to note
Located in Camberwell on Toorak Road
Working on a rotating roster, with shifts ranging from 8am-4pm - 12pm-8pm (eastern daylight savings time) or 11am-7pm (eastern standard time)
Hybrid working options - we'll tell you more during your interview

About You
Experience in a customer service environment
Great rapport building skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
