**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **Social Media & Influencer Partnerships Manager** to help grow our brand across platforms like YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Instagram. This role involves **longer hours** and working closely with the founders in a **fast-paced, high-intensity** environment.
Because our focus is on adult sexual wellness products, it’s crucial that you’re comfortable discussing and promoting content in this space. We value openness, respect, and passion for helping people enhance their sexual wellness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Influencer Collaborations**
- Find and manage influencer partnerships.
- Organize marketing giveaways and cross-promotions.
- ** Social Media Management**
- Plan, create, and schedule posts across YouTube, X, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow community presence.
- ** Product Reviews & Forums**
- Reach out to product reviewers and media outlets to gain coverage.
- Track and post on relevant forums, sharing brand updates and insights.
- ** Brand Monitoring**
- Keep an eye on brand mentions and competitor activities.
- Gather feedback to improve social media and influencer strategies.
