We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our **Operations Department **as** Demand Planning Process Support** in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (Florence, Italy) - Carapelli Firenze.

**What are we looking for?**

As part of the Demand & Inventory team, you will support the existing team in the smooth running of the following activities:

- Demand Planning
- Inventory Planning
- System implementation (Visual Fabriq)

**You will need some experience and knowledge to match with the role**:

- Degree in: Management Engineering, Economics OR similar
- Previous experience:

- 3-5 years in demand planning y forecasting systems
- Previous experience with SAP and Fabriq or similar systems for demand planning (i.e. Exceedia, SAP IBP, SAP APO, SO 99, Board)
- FMCG company
- Analytical mindset
- Process-oriented, fact-based and a strong sense of urgency
- Cross cultural awareness and ability to work with cross functional teams and different cultures.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written. Spanish is a nice to have.
