**Descripción**:
Our client, an important multinational company, needs to incorporate at its plant located in Lliça d'Amunt an:
**H&S MANAGER**

Within the Production Plan based in Lliçà d’Amunt, Barcelona, his/her mission is leading the H&S area, managing change to create a company culture that holds Safety as a top priority at all levels.

**MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead action plans implementation to achieve HS and Risk management goals and KP I ‘s,
- Review existing HSE group policies and best practices of the company to ensure they are appropriate,
- Conduct comprehensive on-site safety assessments as part of a constant monitoring process,
- Serve as the site expert within the field of H&S when called upon to address legal requirement compliance issues, third-party safety & liability consultants, and subcontractors representatives,
- Prepare monthly reports, according to the group requirements,
- Assist the Operations Managers and Supervisors by suggesting safe work practices as part of training,
- Assist in the investigation of all incidents/accidents/near misses, and ensure proper records are completed and submitted. Propose corrective actions as it relates to the incident and ensure “lessons learned” are communicated throughout the site and are integrated within the local policies/procedures, if necessary,
- Lead the site Emergency Management Plan,
- Devise, supervise and coordinate H&S internal and external training programs,
- Participate actively in the Scheduling of Safety meetings to review H&S performance and best local practices with all departments and Safety Union members,
- Lead site H&S visits, internal and external audits, and continuous benchmark with the other group sites.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Academic background in Technical disciplines,
- Master in H&S labor health, mandatory (Safety, Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Psychosociology),
- At least 5 years of H&S management in large multinational industries,
- Nebosh certification, is a plus,
- Proficient computer skills,
- English, written and spoken, advanced level is a must,
- H&S platforms navigation knowledge, desirable,
- Good top-down communication and negotiation skills,
- Able to manage/participate in multidisciplinary cross-functional projects.
- Capacity to understand technical reports related to the sector activity and processes.
