**Job Description**:
The Total Rewards Manager partners with the Home Office Human Resource Team in the development, design, and implementation of Total Rewards programs and policies to support the business strategy for locations outside of the US. The Total Rewards Manager serves the local HR leaders as a specialist in the specialized field of total rewards. The Total Rewards Manager will lead the development and communication of the Merit based Annual Salary Reviews. This position’s primary responsibilities include ensuring competitiveness, adoption and understanding of total rewards programs, including Benefits, Compensation, and grading systems. Through interpretation of regulations, the Total Rewards Manager will make recommendations on changes needed to the current compensation practices, and facilitate discussions between stakeholders. This position will drive total rewards design outcomes and requires strong aptitude for Compensation and Benefits principles and practice as well as credibility with leadership. As a member of the Human Resource Team, the Total Rewards Manager will have the opportunity to interact with world-wide resources and contribute towards global HR related projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Partners with Human Resource Leadership team to develop Total Rewards philosophy and supporting policies and practices.
- Implementation, administration, and communication of Total Rewards programs (including health, welfare, wellness, retirement, base pay, incentives, and other rewards). Oversees the management of our benefits vendor relationships, benefits contracts, and bid negotiation in case sourcing is not doing this.
- Recommends the Merit based Annual Salary Review (salary increase matrix) based on each country’s inflation/market situation and collective agreements for all international locations.
- Proposes budget and develops guidelines for the local HRTL’s to split between leaders, workers, and specialists. Provides guidance and training of local HRTL, payroll specialist, and various leaders of the organization.
- Responsible for compensation and benefits of all leadership at multiple international locations and their payroll (centralized to those positions in Madrid, Spain).
- Analyzes market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of our compensation, benefit, and total rewards programs to ensure they optimize our ability to attract and retain top talent. Maintains current knowledge of related government rules and regulations, including the local collective agreements and other applicable Labor and Tax laws and regulations; fulfills compliance and reporting requirements.
- Partners with Home Office, Madrid Office and all other international locations’ HRTLS to leverage compensation and benefits programs to meet organizational objectives.
- Coordinates Talent Reviews and applicability of the curve of distribution with a global a consistent view within Europe, international locations, or according to Home Office Human Resource guidelines.
- Lead the development and management of our HCM system and enhance HR reporting/analytics capabilities in terms of compensation.
- Global Grading/Job Leveling: informing and communicating to leaders, train local HRTL about compensation administration and ensure alignment in compensation processes.
- Incentive calculations: verify and approve eligible earnings and supervise the specific incidents that affect the payment: absent rates discounts, salary changes in the middle of the semester, etc.). Elaborate the presentations with the metric performance and payouts results for each location for leaders and Unions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, HR or related field. Master's Degree in Human Resources, C&B or similar will be a plus.
- English fluency required. Other languages will be considered as a plus
- +12 years of experience in HR field and especially in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits. Minimum of 5 years working with Compensation & Benefits on a regional or global level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
