**What are we looking for?**
**Responsabilities**
As Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer success cycle. You will work closely with our customers to ensure they maximize the use of our platform.
Main functions
- Build strong customer relationships including proactive technical, commercial and value-driven advisory
- Promote value through customer experience
- Follow up on new renewals.
- Onboard new prospects
- Embolden upsells and cross-sells while minimizing churn
- Maximize Net Promoter Score
**Experience/Skills Required**
- 3+ years work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Fluent English both in writing and speaking (C1 level)
- Experience in the Renewable Energy Sector
