**Organization**:
Our client is an international company leader in the insurance sector that helps everyday people to be safer and protected.
**Function**:
- As part of the French Telesales/Customer service department your main tasks will be the following:
- You will be answering inbound calls in French and offering insurances to the consumers.
- Consumers that have purchased a new appliance will give you a call to register their appliances.
- You will capture all the details and confirm the registration once it’s done. We will expect you to explain the legal warranty and offer, and tell about consumer and additional insurances.
**Requirements**:
- You have a native level of french Native + Nice to have other European languages- You have at least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service environment
- You have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques and know how to deal with objections.
- You have strong customer service skills, to be used to working to targets and change in products. In addition, the agent should be a strong communicator, who is able to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices
**What we offer?**:
- You will have a salary of 20K gross per year plus monthly bonus based on your results
- You will have a 100% remote position, you will receive a laptop and you will have the flexibility to work fully from home, everywhere in Spain
- You will have flexible renumeration
