We are looking for a **FP&A Social Controller**, to strengthen the Finance department. Within FP&A Social Controlling Team, you will join a team whose main mission is to support the management of company by providing accurate and reliable reports, to enable smart decisions. Today, Anaplan is at the heart of our planning and reporting tools, and his central element for conducting analysis, this is why we are looking for someone with strong command of Anaplan.

Reporting to the VP Finance - Social Controlling, you will join a team of five employees, where you will not only be maintaining & developing our Anaplan models, but also work on FP&A missions, and thus in order to support the Group strategy. Within your role, you will have to create good partnership with HR functions and will be a point of contact for Managers up to the Executive team.

**Responsibilities**:
Anaplan modelling:

- Capture and centralize needs and prioritize
- Maintain existing models
- Deploy new features/models
- Participate in cross functional project with HRs
- Provide technical support to end user
- Ensure systems are properly integrated
- Support our internal customers in their needs for reporting
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of our processes

FP&A missions:

- Maintaining the integrity of existing BI (Business Intelligence) or other financial information systems
- Supporting HR with the monthly closing
- Budget:

- Contribute to the Budget
- Support both HR and Managers to ensure they remain within Budget
- Providing accurate analysis & reports
- Provide ad-hoc analysis
- Your dual modeling/FP&A role will allow you to have a more global vision of your mission and to bring added value to modeling.

**Required skill set**:

- Graduated from a major Business School or University with a concentration in Management control or similar
- Highly fluent in English - Mandatory
- At least 3 years of professional experience within a global environment, with demonstrated success in modelling & analysis
- Excellent knowledge of Anaplan and its modeling functions - Mandatory
- Analytical skills (comfortable with large sets of data, rigorous in methodology, Excel, etc.)
- Business oriented, strong communication, proactive and adaptation skills
- Good team player
- Attractiveness for Social Management Control
