Marketing Manager - Luxury Automotive Brand
Marbella (Puerto Banús) | Full-time, On-site
We are seeking a Marketing Manager (M/F/D) for our client, a leading luxury automotive brand is looking for its Marbella showroom.
Founded in 2018, this luxury automotive group specializes in hypercar sales, customization, and premium services across the Mediterranean. With a growing portfolio and state-of-the-art facilities, it aims to lead the global high-end automotive market. We seek a proactive and strategic professional with a strong luxury background.
Tasks
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and execute exclusive brand experiences through high-end events and PR activations in Marbella, aimed at engaging VIP clients, media, and influencers. Ensure events reflect the brand’s identity and create strong emotional connections with the target audience.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and maximum ROI. Supervise day-to-day operations, liaise with agencies and external suppliers while maintaining premium standards.
- Safeguard brand consistency and positioning across all customer touchpoints, ensuring messaging, visuals, and activations resonate with an international, discerning clientele. Act as a brand guardian, maintaining coherence between global directives and local execution.
- Create compelling content in line with brand tone and narrative, ensuring alignment with the expectations of an international, high-net-worth audience.

- Based in Marbella (mandatory)
- Fluent/high-level English (mandatory) + Fluent/high-level Spanish (mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the luxury sector in the South of Spain
- Demonstrated experience as marketing manage : Marketing plan, manage budget, marketing strategy (ofline & online)
- Strong event manager experience
- Strong organizational and PR /communication skills and network in Marbella
