Otovo is the easiest way for homeowners to get solar panels on the roof and batteries in the home. Otovo was founded in Oslo in 2016 and we are the leading marketplace for solar cells in Europe and have sold and completed thousands of solar energy projects across the continent. Since 2016, Otovo has expanded its operations into 13 markets.

To manage all human resources information for each of those 13 markets, Otovo recently implemented a new HRIS - HiBob. The HRIS Coordinator will help manage, coordinate and operate BOB to ensure we effectively keep track of all human resources data in a safe and secure environment while automating HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, time off, ect. Other responsibilities include;

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate data requirements for HRIS;; including liaising with local markets
- GM´s, HR team, Finance, Account Management to encourage the updating of data in a timely and consistent manner focusing on quality
- Identify and architect new modules as required
- Oversight of BOB Features working with markets to ensure all of the areas of BOB are kept current including Benefits,Docs, Files, Options, Profile information, etc
- Responsible for updating BOB workflows including offboarding, onboarding, leaves, etc
- Responsible for liaising with Markets to maintain BOB data up to date
- Conduct regularly quality checks on data in BOB
- Responsible for report creation and generation
- Responsible for working with HR to ensure introductions of new staff are posted on BOB on a regular basis
- Provide employees and managers with information on BOB updates and training as required

- Able to work independently
- Passion for data and automation
- Ability to follow complex written instructions; and provide to others
- Able to handle confidential information with maximum discretion
- Computer savvy
- Written and verbal english communication skills
