- **Tenerife (South) Airport**.
- Reporting into the
- **General Manager - Canaries & Portugal, **you will have overall operational and management accountability for the

**Ground Operations** Team at
- ** Tenerife (South) Airport**. Providing positive and effective leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and effective delivery of the operation as well as the delivery of our famous
- **VIP Customer Service**.
- As
- **Station Manager**, you will ensure our colleagues and suppliers deliver and exceed
- **Ground Operations Management Team** at
- **Tenerife (South) Airport**, across our
- **customer facing** and
- **airside** teams, ensuring that our
- **customer promise** is consistently delivered, and required
- **standards** are achieved. You will be accountable for productive business activity and reporting and will enable your teams to work together to deliver a first-class customer service at the airport. Building strong working relationships locally, you will partner closely with stakeholders, including all
- **third-party suppliers** and
- **airport management** based at
- **Tenerife (South)** as well as
- **key stakeholders **across the
- **Jet2holidays** business.- **Role Model** behaviours. You will have a proven track record in
- ** leading **and
- **developing **large, high performing teams in an
- **Airport **environment. You will have operated at a senior level within
- **Ground Operations**, ideally leading both
- ** customer facing **and
- **ramp/airside** operational teams. As an experienced leader, you will have proven commercial acumen and the ability to effectively manage demanding
- **internal** and
- **external **stakeholders.
