Senior Performance Media Buyer

**Role**

As a Performance Media Buyer you will develop marketing campaigns that will drive traffic to our subscription products across a wide variety of verticals and geos. You will actively create, monitor and optimize campaigns for our portfolio of products with a double focus on escalation and positive ROAS. Your daily tasks will also involve data analysis, preparing reports, for management, and proposals and contracts. You will report to your Management on a weekly basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Media buy on Google Ads (Display network, Performance MAX, Search & DemandGen).
- Use of internal tools, systems and processes to keep a daily track on the main KPIs (CPA / ARPU / ROAS and others).
- Daily spend/revenue monitoring. A/B testing.
- Testing new products & segments.
- Proven technical understanding and capabilities, including the use of tracking pixels, server to server tracking systems, and creative optimization.
- Close interaction with marketing, operations, product and development teams for strategy and tactical implementation.
- Being able to develop market research, interpret customer insights and analyze user behavior to take advantage of this knowledge in order to implement new user acquisition and activation strategies.
- Media buying on other programmatic platforms if the need arises.
- Direct reporting to the SEM manager.

**Profile**:

- You have a solid working knowledge of Google Ads and understand the general needs of online advertising.
- Very detail-oriented with a meticulous approach and being able to manage multiple campaigns successfully.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Money conscious with an innovative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
- Proactive, a strong communicator able to involve the different teams in the project.
- Analytical mind, good with calculations and statistical interpretation.
- Problem-solving attitude.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years minimum experience as a media buyer in Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills, especially with Excel or Google spreadsheets.
- Perfect knowledge of the different performance-based pricing models (CPA, ROAS, CPI, CPM, CPC, etc.).
- Proven experience managing Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager or any other similar tagging tool. Experience with Looker Studio is a plus.
- Experience implementing tracking systems.
- Fluent English & Spanish.
- Experience in a subscription business model company is a strong plus.
- Experience media buying in programmatic & RTB platforms is a plus.
- Experience in Social Ads (e.g. Meta Ads) is a plus as well.
