This is an exciting opportunity for an administrative position in our Learning and Development team.

As an L&D Administrative Assistant, you will get a unique opportunity to work with a team of experienced L&D professionals, and help us with our administrative tasks in our team based in Barcelona HeadQuarters.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
Work closely with the L&D team to implement the administrative processes of different learning programs
Organize all administrative daily tasks of learning programs
Contribute to the improvement of existing L&D admin processes.
Be the first point of contact for learners
Communicate with different stakeholders to keep them informed about learning program updates and learner’s progress
Support the L&D team in communications to ensure impact on key messages
Create and maintain updated communications templates
Give support to the rest of the team in their different daily tasks
Own L&D related administrative tasks, such as: course enrollments, keeping calendars updated, etc.
Support the team with the creation of learning materials (e.g. toolkits, visual aids)
Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference

REQUISITOS DESEADOS
You have:
2-4 years of administrative experience.
Fluency in English (verbal and written communication) - Spanish is a plus
Excellent organization, prioritization and time-management skills
Eye for detail
Proactive work attitude
Have a process oriented and have a “make things happen” attitude
Ability to quickly adapt to working with new systems, reports and data
Able to work confidently in a results-oriented environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
Able to deal with change and ad hoc or last minute requests, to adapt to our very dynamic environment
Able to work in a changing and fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with multiple stakeholders
Teamwork skills
An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
