BME Growth es el mercado de PYMES de BME. Ha experimentado un gran desarrollo en los últimos años y reúne hoy a 135 empresas con un valor agregado de más de 20.000 millones de €. Nuestro equipo es multidisciplinar y trabaja de modo ágil y colaborativo para que cada vez más empresas pequeñas puedan financiar su crecimiento en el mercado de valores. Se ocupa también de atraer Startups y Scaleups a través de la iniciativa Entorno Pre Mercado y de incorporar empresas latinoamericanas a Latibex, el único mercado en euros para valores de Latam.

**What You Will Do**:

- Gestión de expedientes de admisión de compañías al mercado y de operaciones financieras posteriores. Elaboración de informes y estadísticas de apoyo.
- Seguimiento de la información facilitada por empresas (información financiera, periódica, información relevante, noticias, etc.). Tanto para BME Growth como, en menor medida, para Latibex.
- Identificación y seguimiento de potenciales inversores.
- Organización de encuentros empresariales: Foro Medcap, Foro Latibex...

**What You Bring**:

- Titulación universitaria con máster en mercados financieros (o equivalente).
- Adecuado conocimiento en las siguientes áreas: contabilidad, análisis de balances, información financiera, fuentes de financiación, etc.; Técnicas de análisis financiero y de valoración de empresas. Mercado de valores.
- Se valorará especialmente la experiência en las áreas de auditoría, Corporate Finance o equipos de análisis financiero o bursátil.
- Nível alto de inglés (C1, Advanced o equivalente).
- Buena capacidad para relacionarse con terceros, habilidades de comunicación, presentar en público, etc. Facilidad para el trabajo en equipo. Persona empática, planificadora y asertiva.
