**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?**

We are looking for a **senior Project Manager **with **experience in capital projects/finance** with experience in **IT project management**.
- Participation in projects for software development using Agile techniques.
- Supporting the product owner with decision making, serving as the 'bridge' between developers and product stakeholders.
- Analysing and helping to translate business needs into user stories and drawing processes.
- And much more

**WORKING EXPERIENCE**
- ** 4-6 years of experience, **experience in banking projects

**EDUCATION**
- Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master. Technical background would be a plus.
- Experience as PM in capital/finance projects and IT project management

**KNOWLEDGE** & SKILLS**
- Knowledge of **CIB products and/or especially in Capital Markets or broker dealers**.
- Capital management and optimization. Key words**:RWA **(Risk Weighted Assets), **EAD** (Exposure at Default), **KVA** (capital valuation adjustment or Excess Capital) or **CVA** (Credit Valuation Adjustment).
- ** Accounting / Financial Planning & Analysis**
- High level of **English**
- ** Expertise in**:
