We are looking for a Junior Art Director with more than 2 years of experience in advertising agency and who have experience for major brands.

We seek for an Art Director obsessed with the craft either offline or digital formats and a design nerd who is constantly curious about design and crafts to keep learning and inspiring the team. Knowing how to conceptualize within advertising market is a must have.

On personal level we value optimistic, dynamic, and pro-active person with good communication skills, great capacity for teamwork and being very organized.

It is essential to present a portfolio with recent works. Personal work will be also valuable.

This vacancy is open for everyone who has EU citizenship and wants to move to Spain.

**How you’d spend your day**:

- You’ll participate on the creation of campaigns of different characteristics from conceptualization to execution with an integrated team. Having the possibility open to always propose ideas for any client in the house, participate in open briefs, perform pro-activities, etc.
- Work in a cohesive team in which we are all partners above anything else, and where the common ambition is to share ideas and develop them among all.
- Ideation, creation and presentation of integrated campaigns.
- Design and execution of online and offline advertising campaigns.
- You might have presentations directly with the clients.
- You’ll also be responsible for direct photo shootings and film shootings.

- Intermediate in Spanish.
- Hungry for doing things.
- Have a sense of teamwork, and want to be part of a group of colleagues who take care of themselves, value themselves and respect each other.
- Ease to express creative ideas clearly and concisely.
- Understand communication as an integrated “whole” and not as something on / off.
- Adobe CC domain and web design and adobe premiere knowledge for the assembly of audiovisual models.
- Any level of Motion graphic skills.
- Demonstrable experience creating and designing offline and online campaigns.
- High level of involvement, commitment and responsibility.
- Advanced English, B2 / C1 will be valued.
