For the Research and Development (R&D) department of the Company, we are looking for a person for the conceptualization of new ideas and management of R&D projects, based on the detection of innovation needs of client companies.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
The tasks and responsibilities are going to be mainly focused on:
- Conceptualization of new research and development projects in the field of engineering and data science in the field of health and, more specifically, in the fields of biotechnology, medical technologies and digital health (digital health).
- Monitoring project progress for optimal management of project scope, in terms of resources, quality and objectives.
- Distribute and prioritize tasks among assigned resources and suppliers.
- Support in the management of public funding to leverage investment in R&D.
- Advice to other companies and startups in relation to innovation strategy.
- Networking tasks with associations and entities of the innovation ecosystem and technology centers.
- Participation in events and other activities related to the latest technological trends.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience or interest in project management in the field of data (data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence, and digital health).
- Experience in innovation management: technology transfer and management of public grants for the financing of IDi projects.
- Academic degree in engineering or scientific field.
**NICE TO HAVE**
- Master's degree in R&D&I project management or in business intelligence/data analysis.
- English: B2 level
**WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?**
- Permanent contract, full time.
- Salary between 18 - 25K. Depending on experience.
- Extra vacation days (starting at 23, and 2 extra days for each year worked).
- 2 days off at Christmas.
