We are seeking a new Team Member to serve as **Associate Manager, Inside Sales** to collaborate with our Key Account Management and Client Services teams.
**Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for the **sourcing of relevant companies and client targets**:
- Lead and manage **cold calls** with **new business prospects (outbound activities)**:
- Strive to meet and exceed all established call and revenue targets
- Ensure the customer interaction
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business, challenges and strategy, in order to become partner of choice
- Develop and **grow a network of key contacts** across clients at all levels
- Continually develop and update own knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical and consumer health industry, IQVIA and offerings and that of nominated client base****:
- Provide **weekly/monthly sales and revenue reports** as well as realistic forecasts to the management team
- Build relationships across the business unit, **_Global Market Insights_** (**_GMI_**)
- Work with the management team on developing sales strategies along with setting targets
**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree with **2+ years of relevant inside sales experience** and a **passion for new business sales**:
- Relevant industry experience and knowledge of the company’s market
- **Strong phone presence** and experience dialing a **high number of calls per day**:
- Thrive in a quick sales cycle environment, demonstrable skills in problem solving
- Ability to articulate a customer’s issue by offering the best IQVIA solution
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**, with proven ability to interpret and present complex concepts
- Can speak/write English fluently - it is also highly advantageous to have knowledge in French or German
**Place of work: Spain (Madrid/Barcelona) and Portugal (Lisbon)**
**Permanent contract with Hybrid collaboration
