In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding and supporting students in the realization of their fashion design projects within our state-of-the-art fashion laboratory.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as **a **Senior Fashion Lab Tech **will involve to**:

- Provide hands-on guidance and instruction to students in the use of sewing machines, sergers, and other garment construction equipment.
- Supervise and oversee the production process, ensuring quality and adherence to project requirements.
- Collaborate with faculty members to develop and implement curriculum enhancements and projects.
- Maintain and organize the fashion laboratory, including equipment, supplies, and materials.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in fashion design and production techniques.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should possess the following **qualifications**:

- Extensive experience and proficiency in operating garment construction machinery, including sewing machines, sergers, and industrial equipment.
- Strong background in fashion design, with experience in garment production and preferably in design as well.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and support students.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Passion for education and a commitment to fostering the growth and development of aspiring fashion designers.
