**Job Description Summary**: Conducts the BD San Agustín production planning in collaboration with the Demand Planners from the SC Department. As a Master Data Owner is responsible to administrate the data changes in SAP and APO systems. Also this position will do purchasing of raw materials.

**Our vision for Manufacturing Operations at BD**:
Our Manufacturing Operations organization comprises multiple manufacturing locations across the globe where our teams have a hands-on role producing high quality products in high-quality facilities, what allows us to provide our customers with exceptional products and solutions.

**About the role**:
Conducts the BD San Agustín production planning in collaboration with the Demand Planners from the SC Department. As a Master Data Owner is responsible to administrate the data changes in SAP and APO systems. Also this position will do purchasing of raw materials.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Working in collaboration with the SC Demand Planners, the Buyers and Production Managers to plan the plant production for a driven period of time
- Participate in the S&OP meetings with SC and Mkt. team to get consensus on sales trends, analyze production capacities and recommend actions to align the production with the market needs.
- Work within SAP to schedule the production orders to optimize the production line changeovers.
- Have close relationship with the Buyers to communicate them the planning changes and notice of any raw materials shortage to avoid production disruptions.
- Support the production people to solve orders issues such as, orders modifications, BOM´s changes, etc.
- Monitor closely the monthly production execution to alert the management on deviations and adjust production planning accordingly.
- Prepare the information required for the budget and forecast preparation and forward it to the Operations Mgr. and Finance department.
- Make the necessary Master Data changes following the appropriate change procedures. Train the required people on such procedures.
- Attend and participate in the MDO and SNP BD meetings and develop and implement the BD policies in BD San Agustín Plant - Follow up on the BD metrics requirements and develop and implement the required tools to report them.
- Purchasing of raw materials.

**About you**:
We are looking for someone with higher education related to Supply Chain, Sales or similar, with high level of English and proven experience in a similar role within medical devices, automation, pharmaceuticals or food&drinks industries.

**In addition to that**:

- SAP - Purchasing Module
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- Advanced Excel skills
