Senior PMO Manager Analyst Relations

**The Team**:
This role will be part of a growing Solution Management organization, reporting into the VP of Solution Management. You will interact with teams and leaders across the business including product management, product marketing, innovation teams, field marketing and communications. This position will work and communicate regularly with the leadership team and critical external stakeholders.

**The work you’ll do**:

- Project Governance: Establish and enforce project governance standards for our participation in industry evaluations (such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Wave reports, Everest PEAK Matrix, etc.), ensuring adherence to project management methodologies, policies, and procedures.
- Monitoring and Performance Tracking: Design, collaborate, communicate and execute Celonis’ overall industry analyst and influencer program, tracking and measurement approach.
- Identify, develop and proactively manage relationships with key analysts/industry influencers to ensure they are actively engaged in deep bi
- such as product launches, acquisitions, and partnerships - as well as inbound dialog about what they hear from customers and where they believe the market is heading.
- Partner with SMEs across Product Management, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, and our Executive team to develop the analyst-facing narrative and tailored relationship approach.
- Partner with social, content and campaigns teams to fully utilize published analyst research and develop compelling commissioned reports and collateral to support the brand, demand generation, and pipeline goals.
- Monitor analyst research agenda and coverage, share relevant research with company stakeholders and collaborate with the competitive intelligence Team.
- Educate internal audiences about key analyst reports/evaluations/insights, and relevant topics to ensure employees are knowledgeable and able to utilize relevant analyst reports effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
- Strategic projects: develop, manage and execute project plans for strategic initiatives such as the product roadmap.

**The qualifications you need**:

- 5+ years experience as a PMO Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and portfolios.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross
- functional teams.
- Ability to clearly understand and blend the various agenda from internal stakeholders and the analyst to create a thriving analyst program
- Polished, confident communication and writing skills. Including experience presenting clearly to senior business leaders.
- Ability to achieve results across multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, often on short deadlines
- Must have strong business and technical acumen gained through professional experience as a self-starter with proven ability to think ahead, engage proactively, and take initiative
- Prior experience of analyst relations or product marketing in the tech industry, with a working knowledge of automation, integration or enterprise process management required is preferred.
- Prior experience directly interacting with Gartner, Forrester, IDC and other major IT industry analyst firms is preferred.
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications are desirable.
