**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Manager Security Engineering at Check Point you will be responsible for building and leading a dynamic Sales Engineer team focused on promoting and selling Check Point solutions. The role requires a strong technical understanding of cybersecurity products (Check Point Products preferred), excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in presales. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building customer and partner relationships, and ensuring the team meets exceeds sales targets.
- **Leadership**:
- Lead, mentor, coach and motivate a team of IT security engineers
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
- **Sales Strategy**:
- Develop and implement effective technical strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and support on new business opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends, market changes and cyber security technology
- **Customer/Partner Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your Sales Representative to key customers and partners to to understand customers/partners needs and tailor your cyber solutions to meet those needs
- Ensure high level of customer/partner satisfaction and retention
- **Performance Monitoring**:
- Track and analyze technical performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Implement measures to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance to SE Director
- **Coaching and Development**:
- Provide ongoing training, coaching to your team on best practices and effective working techniques
- Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to address them
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team
- Working with employees close to strategic account planning and MEDDPICC
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of proven pre-sales experience within the IT industry.
- Proven leadership in sales and account acquisition - At least 2 years in management positions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with insight into customer networks.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Proven experience in cyber Security and all other related field leading into the best possible technical solution for the customer need
- Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing and emerging cybersecurity environment
- Goods skills of talent management, coaching and supervising
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In In-depth knowledge of IT security products and services, Cloud and SASE
- Ability to develop and implement effective technical solutions and strategies
- Business acumen and process driven
- Experience in customer and partner relationship management and business development
- Native Spanish language
- Living in the area of Madrid - An advantage.
