JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are integrated under P2P (Purchase to Pay). Do note this position is not dedicated to payment to suppliers, but to the review of the financial part of payments through virtual cards. Yes, it may be the case you need to make payments in this way.

What you will do:

- Review of payment incidents. For this, it works with several internal systems:

- Atlas 11g and Atlas 2.0
- SAP
- Bank payment Platforms (external web)
- Tableau
- Reconciliation and payment proposal preparation to credit institutions (banks) that offer us this product
- Balance sheet reconciliation of VCC related accounts

What we expect from you:

- Accounting background, to understand the relationships of these processes, that includes:

- Understanding how a Balance sheet works
- Payments proposal preparation
- Excel knowledge is a must, as extensive work with pivot tables is required

Languages:

- English level: médium
