**Your Role** **Mission** Maximize the sustainable growth of our VTS business across the territory by promoting sales of service products to new and existing customers, in accordance with agreed business plans, representing the VTBA in a manner that all products are promoted. **Main responsabilities** - Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business targets, managing personal time and productivity. - Sell service products in a proactive way and ensure we are climbing the entire service ladder - Cooperate with service team to provide good after sales service to customers and achieve customer satisfaction; - Analyze and provide timely, accurate market information to management, such as pricing situations, status of competitive activities and "red flag" issues related to business in the region. - Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels within the area and ensure an excellent standard of aftermarket service is provided. - Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information by updating the CRM with customer visit reports, opportunities and quotation status info. - Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue; - Liaise with colleagues from other Divisions to co-ordinate activities where appropriate to maximize customer relationship and business outcome wherever possible. - Attend sales meetings and ensure that all subsequent action required is undertaken - Grow the business through the development of the Installed base. - Under take ad-hoc project work related to VTS, including new products and Marketing Campaigns. - Provide Customer information / feedback on a regular basis. *** **To succeed, you will need** Minimum of 5 years working experiences in a similar position **Knowledge Areas**: - Understanding of what value-based selling intends for Service business - Sales experience in a service environment as well as hunting - mentality - Sound technical interest and ability to quickly adopt to new products/ technical developments - Clear understanding of optimized territory management - Strong sales techniques and value based selling skills **Critical Skills** - Show courage and integrity - Show high commitment to customer - Ability to actively listen and observe - Be trustworthy and reliable - Be agile, flexible and fast - Decision making in line with organizational sales processes - Eagerness to hunt for results - Cope with pressure and setbacks and learn to develop accordingly - Keen interest in understanding the market and competition - Proactive mindset and openness - Close interaction with VTS Sales Manager and other sales engineers - Build up relationships and network with internal and external stakeholders - Persuasive communication style - Understanding and controlling body languages **Other requirements**: - Excellent verbal and written English required - Confident in interaction with end customers - Intensive travelling activity - Target responsibilities - Territory responsibilities - Sales Plan Execution **In return, we offer you** Passionate people create exceptional things At Atlas Copco we believe in challenging the status quo, always looking for a better way.
