**Responsabilidades**:

- Comprender los requisitos y necesidades del cliente / negocio y traducirlos en soluciones técnicas
- Subject Matter Experts en las soluciones de Tech Data en AWS.
- Desarrolla escenarios de soluciones y migración de Azure o AWS
- Formación a clientes
- Responsables de acelerar el despliegue de los proyectos en pipeline de los Partners en Optimización como prioridad, pudiendo excepcionalmente dar servicio a Partners en Activación
- Coordinan con Sales Specialist, BDMs y otros perfiles de soporte las necesidades para acelerar el despliegue de proyectos cloud de forma satisfactoria
- Aseguran la satisfacción de los Partners en el proceso de despliegue de proyectos
- Solicitan necesidades de comunicación campañas y valor añadido al equipo de marketing
**Conocimientos y habilidades**:

- Conocimiento de Cloud Computing: tecnologías de virtualización, infraestructura como servicio, plataforma como servicio y modelos de entrega de software como servicio en la nube y el panorama competitivo actual.
- Conocimientos de infraestructura (Hipervisor, almacenamiento, monitorización, seguridad, etc.) y experiência con orquestación para desarrollar una solución en la nube
- Disponer de las certificaciones de AWS es un gran punto a favor.
