At Welltech, we strive to be proactive wellness partners for our users, while continually evolving ourselves. **What We're Looking for the Head of Procurement** This position assumes direct reporting to the Finance Director. **Key Responsibilities**: - ** Procurement strategy and vision**. Develop a strategic vision of Procurement function within the organization. Implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals and global standards - ** Category management.** Lead and manage the end-to-end procurement function, including sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management. - ** Processes and Compliance.** Oversee procurement processes, including Procurement Policy, Contract management approach. Ensure compliance with internal policies and processes. Lead digitalization and automation initiatives in procurement to increase efficiency and transparency. - ** Business Partnership.** Become the trusted partner for End-Users and Functional Leads. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational needs. - ** Team management**. Manage and mentor the procurement team; define roles, set goals, and support professional development. - ** KPIs**. Drive** cost optimization initiatives** and identify opportunities for savings without compromising quality or performance. Develop, implement and control KPIs for the Team. - ** ERP process flow and data management.** Manage P2P process flow in ERP and Contract management tool. Ensure onboarding and constant support of End-Users across the process. Manage purchasing documents and supplier master data in ERP. Recruiter call -> Meet a team member -> Skills assessment-> Meet the Leadership team **Required skills**: **Professional Experience**: - 5-7+ years in procurement, with 3+ years in a leadership role. - Experience in international or multinational companies, preferably in the IT/tech industry. - Strong background in IT procurement, vendor management, and strategic sourcing. **Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP) are a plus. **Skills & Knowledge**: - Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems (Workday, SAP, Coupa, Oracle, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.). - Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills. - Understanding of procurement compliance and risk management. **Leadership & Communication**: **- Excellent team management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are an asset. - Ability to work cross-functionally and lead change initiatives. **Additional**: **- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment. - Willingness to travel occasionally as needed. **Why You’ll Love Being Part of Welltech**: - ** Grow Together**: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
