**ACCOUNTING CLERK**

The Accounts clerk ensures the daily assignments are completed on time. He/ she promotes a professional and positive image to all of our guests and contribute to the hotels targets by assisting with the accurate processing of accounts tasks.

**He/ she will**:

- Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English. Other languages are appreciated.
- Ensure daily tasks assigned with the accounts department are completed on time.
- Assist in cost control functions.
- Assist In Accounts receivables functions.
- Reconcile Accounts that the analysis are in balance.
- Flexibility to be able to perform accounts tasks as per daily needs of the department.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
