We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Data Quality Expert** to join our **Data Management Tribe** Team of **Data Quality expert unit**

The responsibility of this team is review and enhance current Data Quality framework and ensure that the whole organization understand their role with the objective of ensuring that everybody knows the quality of the data (from different dimensions) and therefore the quality of the data improve substantially in a short period of time and our way of working is the collaboration and cocreation together with the data owners and data stewards as a crucial factor for the success of the implementation of the Data Quality framework because of this, design and create a monitoring ecosystem for them is key to have conversations that can cover their interests and eventually inform to the executive committee with required cadence

**Your key responsibilities**:
As a Data Quality Expert you will:

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in order to gather their data checks requirements, to understand their data and business context
- Review, improve and implement data quality framework, policies and standards
- Set requirements for data quality
- Analyze data quality issues from sources of data and related processes
- Interact with Data Stewards and users to give visibility based on the outcomes from analysis, providing actions to remediate issues identified

- Passionate about Data and produces high quality deliverables
- Knowledgeable and experienced with data management, especially Data Quality chapter
- Continuously taking the initiative to improve the way of work and the collaboration within CDO Office.
- A highly analytical person.
- Understanding of the data bases and structures and the way to obtain data (SQL is a must)
- Able to create Conceptual designs.
- Knowledgeable and experienced with the financial industry.
- Knowledgeable of Metadata tools (IBM IGC is a plus).
- Experienced in the Agile way of working
- English language
