Clinical Operations is a team which supports the building of clinical evidence to provide TMTT therapies to patients around the world.
**The team consists of two arms**:
Clinical Contracts
Clinical Records Management
For this role, we are looking for a trainee to support the contracts group in their negotiation of clinical agreements (mostly clinical study agreements, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements), amendments preparations, study budget building and contract status tracking.
Support contracts analysts in clinical contract negotiation process by assisting them during all stages of contract lifecycle as required,
For renewal contracts, evaluate timeline and prior terms and conditions, and draft amendments to existing agreements
Provide contracts status update or support analysts in maintaining negotiation status trackers
Generate reports on expiring, amendment requiring contracts, closed contracts and other reports if required
