**Mobile Solutions Architect**
Build38 is a cyber security start up that takes care of securing mobile apps. We enable all sorts of solution providers (from car manufactures to banks, from public transit operators to identity providers) to deliver their mobile use cases in a secure manner. We already protect millions of Android and iOS endpoints with our SDK which, together with our backend analytics platform, provides the most comprehensive mobile app security solution in the market.
Build38 is an international company, with the Head Quarters in Munich, a Sales office in Singapore and the tech hub in Barcelona.
We are looking for a **Mobile Solutions Architect **for our new solution integration team. You will be responsible helping our customers in developing their mobile (Android/iOS) use cases using our solution. You will be interacting directly with the technical teams of our customers, working in a wide variety of technologies and industries.
**In your day-to-day work **, you will:
- Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and business challenges, and recommend best-practice solutions and architectures for product integration and roll-out.
- Build technical relationships with customers and operate as their trusted advisor. The best interests of the customer will shape the guidance you provide.
- Work together with the Product Owner and the technical team to communicate customer needs and participate in the definition of new customer-requested features.
- Analyze customer issues and escalate to Support and Product teams as necessary.
- Occasionally, participate in customer projects as lead architect.
- Participate in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content and new reference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts).
- Share the voice of the customer to inform the roadmap of Build38 features.
- Not be limited to product technical development, but be involved in the full Build38 project.
**You should have**:
- Degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the CyberSecurity industry (mobile app security would be a huge bonus).
- Experience in interacting and working directly with customers.
- Technical background acting as an architect, field engineer or similar positions.
- Project-driven mindset.
- Experience in the mobile (Android or iOS) ecosystem would be a bonus.
- Project management experience would be a bonus.
