**The Role**:
**The work you'll do**:

- **Collaborate with the marketing leadership team to drive executive conversations**through strategic storytelling, effectively communicating planning insights, budget optimization opportunities, and performance results across key business decks**.**:

- **Build and govern a unified, iterative planning framework**for all marketing activities, establishing clear terminology and ensuring mínimal context-switching across the organization
- **Drive end-to-end marketing production flows,**ensuring seamless execution and eliminating operational gaps between strategic planning and tactical implementation.
- **Critically analyse and optimize global marketing budgets**, proactively identifying deviations and providing actionable insights for adjustments in regional and global marketing strategies based on real-time data.
- **Lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders** across marketing, product, sales and finance teams to enhance operational efficiency, customer centricity, and achieve company-wide strategic alignment.
- **Develop and champion robust governance standards**, ensuring scalable, repeatable and continuously optimized marketing execution, underpinned by clear accountability.
- **Spearhead the implementation of comprehensive reporting** **mechanisms** providing insightful narratives that guide strategic and tactical marketing decision-making.
- **Build and test MVPs** to drive operational process excellence using cutting edge technologies.

**The qualifications you need**:

- Bachelor's degree (MBA or Master's degree preferred) in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing operations, planning, or analytics, including 4+ years in senior cross-functional leadership roles.
- Proven experience establishing unified planning and governance frameworks, and optimizing complex global marketing production processes, with a track record of delivering operational efficiency and impact.
- Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics, financial planning, and reporting tools, including experience with marketing dashboards and KPIs to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable strategies and insights.
- Exceptional budget analysis and optimization skills, with demonstrated ability to identify and act upon critical performance-driven insights.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management experience, with demonstrated ability to influence and align teams across levels around unified operational frameworks and strategic goals.
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms, project management methodologies, and system integration, with the ability to lead system optimization and integration for enhanced operational performance.
- Critical thinking and analytical capabilities, adept at translating data sets into actionable, meaningful insights for executive-level decision making.
