**WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH**:
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join **My Porsche Team** with the mission to build a cutting-edge mobile app that redefines how our customers interact with their luxury vehicles and lifestyle. **My Porsche App** offer a seamless, integrated experience, empowering users to engage with their cars while accessing exclusive, curated services and unique experiences, delivering the ultimate luxury brand experience.

Additionally, you will help foster the local company culture and establish new standards for collaboration within our corporation and collaborator network.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Interact with users and understand business needs.
- Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
- Write and refine user stories, features, and epics.
- Collaborate closely with development and software engineering teams to communicate requirements, deliver new features, and remove roadblocks.
- Lead the agile team and be the face in front of stakeholders, clients or users.
- Own and manage product roadmap, product backlog, feature prioritization, and decision-making.
- Set sprint and product increment goals for the team.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Coordinate with other (global & local) Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver on a vision that crosses multiple delivery streams or release train and fits the company portfolio.
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
- Manage capabilities and resources associated with the assigned digital products.

**WHAT YOU BRING ALONG**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Owner in B2C or B2B2C products.
- Agile certification(s).
- Preferably experience in CRM Systems and Integration.
- Experience in working cross-functionally with a variety of different domains, i.e., Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
- Deep understanding and experience with agile methodologies.
- Working knowledge of SAFe methodology is a bonus.
- Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
- Product life-cycle and end-to-end delivery techniques.
- Successful track record of developing products within deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and sharp analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, that can be applied across a diverse set of audiences.
- Fluent in English is a must.
