We are currently seeking a** CO Manufacturer Quality Technician**to join our Quality Department.
**CO Manufacturers Quality Technician**
**Mission / Purpose**
Ensures that the co-manufactured finished products are compliant with the value promises to the customer/ consumer and GB Foods Quality requirements.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Contributes to Co -manufacturers selection and evaluation
- Ensures the production according to specifications at Co-manufacturers.
- Validates control and monitoring plan.
- Steers Co-manufactured products Food Safety & Quality continuous improvement programs (Co manufacturers audits, relevant quality KPI’s).
- Validates the effectiveness of the traceability system.
- Manages the yearly overall Performance with procurement department.
- If needed provides technical support and expertise in quality related problem solving, risk analysis and crisis management.

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in quality management, food science, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software (preferred)
