**SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES is looking for a CYBERSECURITY CONSULTANT - NEW ENTITIES, based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Cybersecurity Consultat **you will **be part of the New Entities Onboarding Team, with the responsibility of bringing Santander Cybersecurity Model to all the entities Santander Bank acquire. You will provide Cybersecurity Services to all the entities as clients and you will work with all the technical Teams in order to ensure the deployment of all the services in a reasonable time frame and you will be involved in all the onboarding process, from the beginning with budget elaboration and delivery going through services explanation and implementation to BAU Status.**

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Leveraging the existing Cybersecurity Service Catalogue to the clients and create a roadmap to deploy the different services in the entity
- Deliver the budget that belongs to the Services that could be deployed depending on the Entity. Agreed it with the entity
- Tracking projects status and solve the different issues with the technical teams in a timely manner
- Managing the different deployments in parallel knowing the situation of each one
- Assessing risks in the change roadmap, and surfaces constraints in terms of capacity, capability and the ability to absorb change
- Working with technical teams and entity stakeholders to ensure on strategic alignment and entity requirements, leveraging a good Cybersecurity status
- Delivering solid agile knowledge of change management processes, techniques and tools (effective communication, sponsorship management, issues resolution, task prioritization ).

EXPERIENCE

At least 10 years of experience and minimum 5 of them related to:

- Cyber Risk Management/Information Security and Service manager experience.

EDUCATION
- Master´s/Bachelor´s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / or similar.
- Certifications of Cybersecurity will be valued positively.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Experience in technology consulting and/or implementation of systems in medium/large size projects.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly up and down the technical and business hierarchy, from technical to C-Level.
- Spoken and written negotiation and communication skills are necessary.
- Experience in dealing with ambiguity and embracing change in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: C1/C2 level in English.
