To succeed, you need an academic background in a technical field, substantial experience with data analytics, large databases, and complex data sets. You should be detail-oriented, have a growth mindset, and be capable of turning data into valuable insights. Effective communication with stakeholders and delivering high-quality results within tight timelines are essential.

**What You'll Do**
- Ensure data quality and compliance meet high standards
- Monitor data delivery to the product
- Optimize existing data tools to streamline operations
- Identify data gaps and quality issues, providing root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and create customized reports for stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience as a data or business analyst, with 1-2 years in a senior or leadership role
- Proven success in delivering complex data analytics projects that inform business decisions
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python or R) for data manipulation and automation
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with life science data
- Knowledge of data governance and quality frameworks
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow)
- Familiarity with Atlassian Jira
- Ability to create and maintain automated reporting systems
