**How you will shape Prophero**:

- Support the Head of Legal in structuring cross-border transactions and managing daily operational and strategic legal functions.
- Draft and review legal documents for different jurisdictions.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with local, regional, national, and international regulations.
- Provide legal support to the Sales and Operations teams to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Help resolve legal issues that arise in daily Sales and Operations processes.

**What you will bring to our team**:

- A Spanish Law Degree and having completed the Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía is required.
- At least one year of professional experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Spanish Real Estate laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with Spanish and international tax laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
