Mollet del Valles (Barcelona), Spain Hybrid Working Global tech company founded in 2011 Our mission is to shape the future through technology **The role** We are looking for a ** Brand & Comms Trainee **to be responsible for supporting the internal and external communication projects inside Idneo, including graphic design, video creation, website blog content generation or social media posting. Technology lover, hands-on person willing to work with different departments.The position is part of the Brand & Comms team depending on the Technology area. **Your responsibilities** - Support for online and offline marketing activities and internal and external communication: website (blog), intranet, newsletters, social media, webinars, events and sponsorship. - Graphic design support following corporate guidelines: presentations, vinyls, brochures, mailing, merchandising, roll-up's, among others. - Video creation for external and internal purposes. - Assist in the analysis of social media, web and internal Intranet performance metrics and provide insights to improve content effectiveness. - Assist in the creation of a social media content calendar and scheduling posts for optimal visibility and engagement. Including the creation of visually appealing and engaging social media posts, web and Intranet, including graphics, videos, and written content. - Help in the design and development of Communication Projects, following-up the implementation. - Collaborate with various teams within the company. - Support for organizational and administrative tasks related to Brand & Comms. - Bachelor’s or master’s degree, in Journalism, Advertising, Digital Communities, Design or related fields. - Knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Creativity and ability to generate engaging and visually impactful content. - Writing Skills: ability to synthesize technical texts. - Analysis skills.- Previous experiences in the field of Communications or Marketing. - Organizational skills & attention to details. - Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with different departments. - Multicultural mindset & respectful. People skills. - "Doer" personality. - Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves. - Spanish (native level) and English (high level). **_We are engineering the future_
