**SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES is looking for a **Junior HRBP **, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Knowing and managing employees under your scope.
- Provide strategic advice, solutions and support to managers in people management.
- Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of the HR corporate policies (compensation, performance evaluation, talent management, development plans, training, recruitment and functional and geographical mobility ).
- Manage and report information including tracking headcount, budget and scorecard, as well as preparation of management information and reports for the teams.
- Collaborate with the HR specialist areas, especially for the definition of new initiatives aligned with the business objectives and their subsequent implementation.

EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of experience in HR.
- Previous experience working within Technology teams and HR areas would be highly desirable.

- Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable approach to change and transformation.
- Work under pressure and ability to make things happen.
- Ability to navigate in complex environments, ensuring that the HR objectives are aligned with the strategic priorities of the business and reaching the desired results.
- Ability to influence, motivation, collaboration, and transparency.
- Ability to manage and coordinate projects with different stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
