**TF Bank** is looking for an experienced **Lawyer **to join our team in **Málaga**. This role will involve providing expert legal guidance on banking and financial services, ensuring strict adherence to both Spanish and EU regulations. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating key legal documents, managing disputes, and supporting regulatory compliance. This position also requires collaboration with internal teams to mitigate legal risks and represent the bank in legal matters.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide legal advice on banking, financial services, and commercial matters, ensuring compliance with Spanish and EU regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to the bank’s operations.
- Advise on regulatory compliance with Spanish financial and banking laws, ensuring alignment with EU legislation.
- Collaborate with compliance, risk management, and other internal teams to develop policies that mitigate legal risks.
- Manage disputes and litigation, including the supervision of external counsel when necessary.
- Stay informed about legal trends and regulatory changes in the banking and financial services sector.
- Support internal teams with corporate governance and legal due diligence in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
- Represent the bank in legal proceedings or administrative hearings as required.
- Provide training to internal teams on relevant legal and regulatory issues.
- Support the Spanish and Italian branches in legal matters.
- Conduct contract reviews.
- Address regulatory matters and liaise with Spanish and Italian authorities.
- Handle disputed matters and GDPR requests.
- Review and update Terms & Conditions for the branches.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- **Education**: Law degree from a recognized university; a Master's in Law or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 10 years of legal experience within the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of Spanish financial and banking laws and EU regulations.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating complex legal contracts and agreements.
- Proven ability to handle legal disputes and manage litigation.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent in both **Spanish **and **English **(written and spoken). Detail-oriented, flexible, and ambitious.
