At Plexus we are looking for a Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant profile responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud to improve the customer experience
**Requirements**:
- 3 or more years of experience working with Salesforce, with a specific focus on implementing and configuring Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Deep understanding of key Service Cloud concepts and functionalities, such as case management, knowledge management, workflows, and process automation.
- Experience customizing and configuring Service Cloud using tools such as the service console, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and interdisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
