Support all financial, accounting, and budgeting activities.
- Extensive involvement in the preparation of operational budgets, monitoring and comparison to actual performance.
- Monitors and supervises the company's cash flow plan and ensures maintaining adequate liquidity taking into consideration any provisions.
- Reviews and submits accurate & timely management accounts.
- Processing accounts payable, expenses, credit card expenses and employment and services providers related charges.
- Supports on the finance reporting and accounting policies and procedures and ensures that it is properly implemented across the company.
- Assist on reporting performance of the financial control over the Company's financial activities and projects during Development, Construction, and asset operation
- Maintains good business relationship with banks, suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Develops yearly department budgets and organization budgets based on overall plans of the organization, in coordination with the Finance Manager and group policies.
- Support on a in preparation of annual accounts and audit.
- Oversee TAX returns timely filing and payments and other adhoc tasks.
- Supports finance manager on all finance projects and workstreams.

- Bachelor's degree (finance, economics, Business Administration)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years experience.
- Possess the ability to think and analyze situations and determine and implement effective resolutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft office
- Ability to successfully interact with key executives
- Attention to detail, meticulous and precise with figures, affinity with numbers and accuracy under time pressure.
- **Experienced with cost accounting, budgeting and contracts/POs implementation.**:
